A prominent man based in Southern California, there isn’t much information pertaining to him since 2016. However, digging much deeper, there has been a cached page provided by Google which startling facts and images from a now defunct and non-operational website by the name of crookandliar.com. With a plethora of lawsuits attached to his name, we take a look at what is provided, and explore more. We are pursuing a case study and are gathering any information regarding business related transactions that may have resulted in fraud or fraud related negotiations.
From the California Air Resources Board giving approval to AMECS (otherwise known as Advanced Maritime Emission Control System) to being issued a Cease and Desist, the CEO, Ruben Garcia is in hot water regarding his questionable method of operating his business.
As of November 5th, 2020, his companies under the name of AMECS and AEG have been issued a Cease and Desist of Operations by the California Air Resources Board for failure of “issues [that] must be resolved within 30 days, or AEG must cease and desist operation of the AMECS as a control technology under the At-Berth Regulation,” sent out on October 5th, 2020.
